If there’s one thing I can never get enough of, it’s beauty products! I love trying out new makeup and skincare. In 2020, I may not have been attending a lot of fun social events, but I still wanted to put on makeup every once in a while.
I focused a bit more on skincare and more subtle makeup. And I must say… I discovered some golden products that I will absolutely be taking in to 2021 and using nonstop.
Here are my favorite beauty products from 2020:

By Terry Cellularose Brightening CC Serum
The By Terry CC serum is the best, lightweight skin product for glowy skin. I love a product that combines makeup and skincare. I have both the “Rose Elixir” and “Sunny Flash” shades. Sometimes I mix the two together or mix one in with my foundation. Either way, I know that it will give my skin that extra little oomph that it often needs.
I love that the By Terry serum doesn’t feel heavy and it doesn’t break me out. That’s saying something as a girl with acne prone skin. I even felt that this was an okay face product to wear under a mask with COVID times.
The packaging is chic and simple and you’ll get PLENTY of use out of this one. I feel like I’ve used it so much and haven’t seen a big drop in the product.
CosRX Acne Pimple Master Patch
Speaking of masks…yikes… “maskne” hit me hard this year! Combine that with the overload of stress and my skin just wasn’t happy.
These little zit stickers came in to save the day for me. You just stick one on a spot and by the time you take it off, the redness, swelling, and oil will be reduced. They really helped to heal my spots much quicker than they usually do. Plus, you basically can’t see them so at times I even wore these little stickers during the day.
I can’t believe these weren’t around in my teenage years. But, thankful I discovered them in 2020!

Yves Saint Laurent All Over Glow Powder
This is a product a received complimentary to try from Influenster. Ever since I got it, I’ve probably used it nearly every single day. It’s such a beautiful powder that again adds a glow that I’m all about.
I use this as my final step in my makeup to set everything in place and add a little radiance. On days where I don’t want to wear any foundation I still sweep this over my face and it makes me feel a bit more put together.
The packaging for the YSL All Over Glow is beautiful and even comes with a little powder puff. Although, I typically use a big fluffy brush to apply this powder.
Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil
Alright, so obviously, I love all of these 2020 beauty favorites, but the Luna Night Oil is 1,000% my number one! I fell in love with this product and have already re-purchased for 2021.
This oil is incredible for skin texture and color. It really helps to soothe and hydrate and I personally really enjoy the scent, too. I find it to be relaxing.
The perks include reduced pore size, increased plumpness, and helping wrinkles say bye-bye!
I use Luna Oil every single night and can see myself using it for quite a long time. Plus, it looks nice sitting on my bathroom counter 😉
Huda Beauty Tantour Contour & Bronzer Cream
I’ve never really been big on contouring. But, I saw this product on a few of my favorite beauty YouTubers accounts and decided to try it out. It seemed like a no-nonsense product that I could use even if I wasn’t a contouring pro. And, I was right!
I love the color of Tantour (I have shade “Light”), how blendable it is, and the way it lasts all day. I also purchased the Huda Beauty Tantour brush to go with it and have found that it works really well.
Now, I can quickly make my face look less bloated with the quick use of tantour in a few key spots. Hallelujah!

Tatcha Kissu Lip Mask
You guys already know that I love my bedtime rituals. The Tatcha Kissu Lip Mask plays a key component in my wind down routine. In 2019 I was all about the Laneige lip mask, but in 2020 the tatcha lip mask stole the number one spot in my heart.
It’s so hydrating and not sticky. I love the consistency, the packaging, and the results. Plus, it’s a clean beauty product! I don’t think I’ll ever stop using this. I still circulate the Laneige in sometimes, but I find that Tatcha’s mask is more long lasting and feels more luxurious.
Patrick Ta Major Glow Body Oil
This body oil makes me feel like a sun goddess. I mean honestly, who doesn’t want to shimmer and glow in their little summer dresses and tank tops?
I would use this on my collar bone and shoulders in the summer and LOVED it! I haven’t used it since the weather got cold, but I’m already counting down the days until I can whip it out again for the warm weather! I grabbed the mini version of the Glow Body Oil and found that it’s the perfect size.
