Edible Cooke Dough Dip

This healthier cookie dough dip is made edible with no eggs. The main ingredient is chickpeas, but don't knock it 'til you try it. Dairy Free, Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained & rinsed
  • 0.5 cup cashew butter
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp oat milk
  • Chocolate Chips / Chunks to taste

Instructions

  • Drain and thoroughly rinse the chickpeas
  • Blend chickpeas and oat milk in a food processor until smooth
  • Add all remaining ingredients except for chocolate chips to food processor and blend until mixture reaches a cookie dough consistency
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Chill for at least 1 hour for best cookie-dough-like consistency
  • Serve with graham crackers, apples, or eat straight with a spoon
